Galyna is the CEO and Founder of the Ukrainian Mediation Center (2008). She was the First President of the National Association of Mediators (Ukraine). She has served as an expert, trainer, and mediator for IFC, UNDP, USAID, EU Commission, SEQUA, etc. in 8 countries including Caucasus and Asia. In 2012, Galyna was the Chair of the Mediation Committee at ICC (Ukraine).

Galyna was accredited by CEDR (UK) and graduated from the Academy of Munich IHK (Germany), and Edwards Mediation Academy (USA). She is a Weinstein International Fellow (WIF JAMS, USA 2010) and CEDR Fellow (UK, 2022).

Ms. Yeromenko is a Mediator of the Global Mediation Panel at the Office of the Ombudsman for UN Funds and Programmes and International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC)
