Katarzyna Kucharczyk is a Senior Legal Counsel at a renewable energy company Ørsted. She specialises in the construction contracts, in particular in the energy sector. Katarzyna has many years’ experience in acting as a counsel in the international and domestic arbitration disputes and also serves as an arbitrator. She is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and a member of the Arbitration Committee of the Court of Arbitration at the Confederation of Lewiatan.
