Dr. Xavier Favre-Bulle is a partner at Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva, where he heads the Arbitration group and the Sports law sector. He is also the President of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre and Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee. He has some 30 years of experience in dispute resolution and has been involved in more than 260 arbitrations. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and the author of some 80 books and articles. He has lectured at several universities (Switzerland, France) on arbitration and contract law.
