Yuliya Chernykh is Associate Professor at the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences and Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Oslo. She works in the field of contract law, international arbitration and public international law. Her recent monograph ‘Contract Interpretation in Investment Treaty Arbitration: A Theory of the Incidental Issue’ (Brill 2022) is available as an Open Access book. Yuliya has acted as arbitrator in numerous international arbitration proceedings and appeared as expert in Ukrainian and international law in investment treaty arbitration and before foreign courts. She is Chartered Arbitrator as of 2013 (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK).
